Surf Pines is an ocean front community located between Warrenton and Gearhart on the North Oregon Coast. With private roads, ocean front and ocean view properties, 6 paths for beach access and a community park, the community is known for laid back atmosphere. Surf Pines has an active HOA with quarterly dues and CC & R's. Surf Pines is located in the Seaside School district. Every year on the 4th of July, the community gets together for an annual picnic in the community park.  There is an enforced speed limit of 25 mph through Surf Pines.  With county approval and permitting, vacation rentals are allowed in Surf Pines.
